Description

• Work with developers using the Polkadot tech stack to find their biggest obstacles to success • Work with leadership at Parity to help define the most valuable objectives for Engineering • Turn ideas into concrete roadmaps • Communicate with founders in the ecosystem to make sure they have the resources they need to succeed on the Polkadot tech stack.

Requirements

• Track record of work with complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Background in engineering, an ability to understand technical architecture and tradeoffs when making engineering decisions • Ability to break complex, high-level ideas into concrete steps • Some programming ability is a plus
