📋 Description

• Responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales pipeline • Acquire new customers through networking, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads • Manage and develop existing customer relationships • Deliver customer and product presentations (remote/on-site) • Manage the sales process through to contract closure • Work closely with executive management and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT solutions sales and project-based B2B sales • Technical understanding, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with sales processes • Open, people-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and strategic mindset • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel: roughly every 6 weeks for a few days to the Potsdam office
