Requirements

• You must be a mentor for individuals who want to break into or accelerate their career in the Design space • You must have a good understanding of the current requirements of Product Design interviewing standards • You must have at least 3 years of industry experience with Product Design • You must be able to commit a few hours per week to preparing materials, leveraging existing Pathrise curriculum content and responding to fellow's emails • You must be able to work remotely (US & Canada preferred) • You must be a part of a really fun and mission-driven organization • You must have an arrest and conviction record
