• Guide, coach, and mentor members of the IT Engineering team • Establish mission and purpose for career counseling and personal development • Evaluate team performance and provide guidance • Maintain a balanced mindset in delivering quality solutions • Set expectations for team accountability and autonomy • Support team members with problem identification and decision-making • Ensure quality of products produced • Provide leadership for Agile principles • Participate in Portfolio-level events • Maintain standards and best practices • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • 8+ years of experience • Specialization Areas: Server Administration, Database Development, Disaster Recovery, Project Management, Network • Industry certifications in relevant areas • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
