📋 Description

• Partner with the Head of HR, managers and department heads to understand business needs and shape people plans • Support workforce planning and organizational design • Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance feedback and conflict resolution • Own the employee relations caseload • Conduct investigations and recommend fair, compliant outcomes • Advise managers on policy and local employment law across jurisdictions • Support drafting, updating and rolling out People policies • Maintain alignment with changing global employment laws and organizational objectives • Analyze people metrics, turnover and engagement to identify trends • Propose proactive people solutions • Champion company culture and values • Own employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives • Conduct check-ins and surveys • Develop retention and engagement plans • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Learning & Development on company-wide programs

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or solid and proven HR experience • Prior experience in iGaming is a plus • Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases • Strong grasp of global employment law • Ability to navigate multiple jurisdictions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively at every level of the organization • Comfortable managing remote teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt and innovate in ambiguous situations
