• Take a hunter mindset to outbound — owning high-volume outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn • Use your scientific credibility to break into conversations with senior R&D and innovation leaders • Create and qualify pipeline, turning cold prospects into real commercial opportunities • Handle rejection, stay persistent, and consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets • Build the foundations of closing, influencing, and deal progression • Partner with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
• A recent graduate (or early career professional) in Life Sciences or a related field • Motivated by earning potential, with a strong drive to succeed in an uncapped commission environment • Confident and proactive, comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people • Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to bounce back and stay motivated in a high-performance sales environment • Competitive by nature, with a clear ambition to exceed goals and progress quickly • A strong communicator, able to translate complex scientific ideas into clear, compelling value • Curious and coachable, eager to learn and continuously improve • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage your time and pipeline effectively • Interested in technology and innovation, and how it drives business and R&D forward • A natural problem solver, who enjoys understanding challenges and helping others find solutions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
