📋 Description

• Ser la persona que abre conversaciones con marcas que buscan algo diferente. • Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con empresas que necesiten empujar su marca, creatividad, innovación y soluciones digitales. • Abrir y desarrollar relaciones con directores de marketing, comunicación, innovación y digital. • Entender los retos del cliente y traducirlos en briefings inspiradores para el equipo creativo y estratégico. • Liderar el proceso comercial desde la primera conversación hasta el cierre. • Construir propuestas junto a los equipos de creatividad, digital y tecnología. • Ayudar a posicionar la agencia en el mercado y hacer crecer nuestro new business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocio en agencias creativas, digitales o consultoras de innovación • Español e inglés profesional • Capacidad para vender proyectos creativos, campañas, experiencias digitales o proyectos de innovación • Perfil relacional, curioso y con buena capacidad de storytelling. • Mentalidad emprendedora y orientación a resultados.
