• Assist in the Technical Support of medical imaging software to clients • Remote position located in Newton, MA • Provide top-notch customer support to clients • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a healthcare IT Technical Support role including the development, analysis, and implementation of PACS and medical IT software • BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science or related discipline or the combination of education and experience • Good command of the Spanish and English language required (spoken and written)
