Description

• Director of Compliance position at PayJunction • Responsible for orchestrating and overseeing company compliance audits • Draft and review corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) policies • Keep PayJunction and its partners safe by maintaining proper controls • Demonstrate adherence to various compliance standards • Work with compliance auditors, develop compliance training, and conduct risk assessments • Maintain meticulous records and communicate with stakeholders • Must reside in specified states for employment • Flexible work environment, with options to work from Santa Barbara office or remotely

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in related field • Over 5 years of experience in compliance • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance leadership • Previous experience as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) preferred • Direct involvement in PCI DSS audits • Proficiency in at least 2 compliance standards • Demonstrated experience with automated security scans • Track record of generating and analyzing PCI reports • Basic experience in penetration testing preferred • Familiarity with GRC tools and software
