Description
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences for customers and internal stakeholders • Create comprehensive training materials for PaySpace's Payroll and HR solution • Conduct needs analysis and apply instructional design theories • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with product development roadmaps • Manage multiple projects, facilitate training sessions, and ensure quality assurance of learning materials
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field • Master's degree is a plus • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training program development • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative problem-solving skills and passion for creating engaging learning experiences • Knowledge of payroll processes, HRIS systems, or related software solutions is preferred
