Description

• Works with Stakeholders and Technical Teams to manage the Development Team Backlogs • Prioritizes Work Items and provides feedback to Technical Management • Translates requirements and enhancements into Work Items • Establishes Business Milestones • Provides reporting on work tracking against Business Milestones and SLA’s • Ensures customer excellence and adherence to company's values and service standards • Adheres to company's work standards • Promotes information security and protects organization's assets • Collaborates with Technical Management and Business Stakeholders to create a clear vision • Translates business requirements into work items for execution by the development team • Manages internal stakeholder expectations • Drives planning sessions to ensure product roadmap delivery • Estimates and plans resource requirements • Tracks and iterates product requirements • Builds out self-service reporting and data analytics capability

Requirements

• Excellent project management skills • Previous experience as a Product Owner/Manager • Good understanding of the Kanban framework and Agile methodologies • Knowledge on creating specifications and tickets • Strong IP on the PaySpace platform highly advantageous • Proficient comprehension of developmental terminology
