• Overseeing and managing a team of Developers • Ensuring coding in alignment with technical standards and industry best practices • Innovative design and unit testing • Resolving software related issues • Making recommendations for modifications and enhancements • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customer base • Ensuring cost savings and efficiencies • Using Azure DevOps for task and code management • Designing and developing enterprise level applications • Collaborating with software developers, business analysts, and architects • Providing support to business users • Reviewing and testing applications • Adhering to development best practices • Staying abreast of emerging technologies/industry trends • Analysing and resolving technical problems
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or relevant Diploma • 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role • Agile development methodologies including Kanban • Min 3 years’ experience in managing a Team of Developers • Proficiency in technologies such as C#, Vue, ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL, LINQ, EF, TypeScript, JavaScript, Web API, Azure DevOps • Familiarity with Redis, Hangfire, NoSQL, Microservices, RabbitMQ/Azure Message Bus or similar Service Bus
