📋 Description

• Identify and research potential partnerships • Direct outreach and lead generation • Create and maintain an up-to-date database of relevant leads • Negotiate and close contracts • Follow-up and account management • Prepare regular reports on activities, results, KPIs, and new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, including strong networking skills • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals, commercial collaborations, or partnerships • Strategic thinking: ability to analyze accounts/partners, identify opportunities, and propose improvements • Strong follow-up and account management skills; experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate value propositions • Ability to analyze business data and customer metrics • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
