📋 Description

• Engage warm and hot prospective customers via inbound/outbound calls using high-intent marketing leads and zero cold calling • Follow structured Pre-Proposal and Post-Proposal call flows • Guide customers through an online estimate tool using their UK postcode to provide indicative panel counts, battery sizes, and cost estimates • Gather property and customer information for the design team • Log interactions and call outcomes in Payaca CRM and Aircall • Conduct post-proposal follow-ups, answer questions, address basic objections, and advance customers toward booking a survey or next appointment • Book dedicated 30-minute specialist calls for customers with complex technical questions • Maintain performance metrics, dialing approximately 100–200 numbers daily with a target contact/conversation rate of approximately 50% • Participate in coaching, call reviews, and role-play sessions with the Ninja Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluent English with an exceptionally clear, professional, and engaging telephone manner • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or phone-based sales qualification • Ability to work UK business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM GMT/BST • Ability to work from a quiet, dedicated home office in South Africa or the Philippines • Stable, high-speed internet • Confidence navigating CRM and VoIP systems, with Payaca and Aircall experience or quick adaptability • Comfort handling basic numbers and technical concepts such as panel counts and cost estimates • UK-facing inbound or outbound sales and qualification campaign experience preferred • Ability to follow structured scripts naturally while building rapport preferred • Customer-centric, warm, conversational telephone manner • Self-motivation and reliability in a fully remote environment • Adaptability and coachability • Collaborative team orientation
