📋 Description

• Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails and other outreach channels. • Qualify prospects based on their needs, business requirements and level of interest. • Book qualified appointments for the sales team. • Confidently handle objections and effectively communicate the value of the company's services. • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within the CRM. • Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally. • Meet and consistently achieve appointment-setting and activity KPIs. • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies, messaging and conversion rates. • Participate in coaching, training and regular performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Appointment Setting, SDR, Business Development or Outbound Sales. • Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation. • Strong objection-handling and communication skills. • Excellent verbal and written English. • Experience using CRM. • Strong organisation, follow-up and time-management skills.
