📋 Description

• Produce on-brand marketing collateral including social graphics, digital ads, brochures, flyers, signage, display-home and house-and-land materials, presentations, and email graphics • Build and maintain reusable Canva templates for the wider team and franchisees • Adapt master creative into platform-specific sizes and formats across New Zealand and Australia • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts • Add captions, motion graphics, music, colour grading, and brand elements, and deliver platform-correct exports • Retouch and colour-correct property and display-home photography • Prepare image sets for web, social, print, and listings • Produce social posts, carousels, and stories from content calendars • Schedule and publish approved content across social platforms • Maintain a tidy, well-labelled asset library • Provide basic reach and engagement reporting • Use AI tools to accelerate image, video, captioning, and copy-production workflows while protecting brand quality and accuracy • Suggest ways to streamline and scale content production using new tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong visual design skills in layout, typography, colour, and composition, with a clean professional portfolio • Confident short-form video editing with captions, motion, and music, supported by a published social video showreel • Commercial-standard photo retouching and colour correction • Precise, consistent, brand-accurate work with strong attention to spelling, alignment, and export details • Current practical experience using AI for image, video, and/or copy production • Proficiency in Canva, including building and managing brand templates • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom • Experience with a video editor such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve • Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats and specifications, plus familiarity with a scheduler • Strong written and spoken English • Understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, New Zealand and Australian home-buyer preferences and market conventions • Self-management, deadline reliability, and proactive communication across time zones • Property, construction, real estate, interiors, or considered-purchase experience is highly desirable • Prior work for Australian or New Zealand clients or brands is highly desirable • Motion graphics and simple animation, basic web/email asset production, and photography or 3D/render familiarity are highly desirable
