📋 Description

• Own ACME product features end to end, from discovery through launch • Write actionable specifications and PRDs, including edge cases • Conduct customer discovery through interviews, calls, and feedback loops • Manage the product ticket backlog accurately • Use analytics tools to monitor usage, identify opportunities, and measure shipped work • Prioritize the roadmap amid competing requests • Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ticket analysis, PRD drafting, and collaboration with Engineering • Evaluate new AI tools and help establish team practices for AI use • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and marketing • Understand Peek and Connect&GO products to identify opportunities for cross-brand features • Provide status updates to leadership covering progress, risks, and needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, owning discovery, requirements, and cross-functional delivery • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong work tracking and structuring abilities • Comfortable with technical conversations and engineering tradeoffs • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and defend prioritization decisions • Comfortable owning status updates to leadership • User-grounded approach to identifying problems behind tickets • Curiosity about AI's impact on product work • Mexican work authorization • Resume and LinkedIn Profile required for application
