📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of labor litigation matters with an analytical approach; • Draft procedural pleadings at all stages (trial, appellate and enforcement phases), including adapting and formulating legal arguments; • Participate in labor hearings (initial, combined/"una" and evidentiary hearings), including delivering oral arguments and conducting case management discussions with judges; • Actively monitor cases, perform risk analysis, define strategies and report to clients; • Update and maintain legal case management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of deadlines and case information; • Maintain direct client contact to align strategies, provide technical clarifications and manage matters; • Support and mentor junior attorneys and interns as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the city of São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area; • Minimum of 3 years' experience in labor litigation, with significant experience handling a high-volume caseload; • Prior experience serving clients in the hospital/healthcare sector is a plus; • Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); • Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and/or Labor Procedure is a plus; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present consistent legal arguments; • Analytical and organized profile, responsible and able to work autonomously.
