📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and other Oracle HCM modules • Create and customize reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts • Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems using HDL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle integration tools • Configure business rules, validations, workflows, and HR processes within Oracle HCM Cloud • Plan and execute data migration, data loads, SIT/UAT testing cycles, go-live activities, and post-production support • Analyze and resolve incidents, perform system enhancements, and drive continuous improvements across Oracle HCM environments • Provide technical and functional support to business users, ensuring effective use of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions • Participate in requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery across team-based projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects • Advanced expertise in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data loading tools • Strong SQL knowledge for reporting, validation, troubleshooting, and integration support • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to design and deliver solutions • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Based in Brazil • Fluent in Portuguese • Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications • Preferred: Experience with Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence Management modules • Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Preferred: Experience working on global or multi-country Oracle HCM projects • Preferred: Advanced English and/or Spanish language skills
