• Due to business growth and our objectives for 2026, we are opening new Account Manager positions focused on accounting firms to join the Sales Firm Expansion team. • The Firm Expansion team is composed of two groups: i. Account Managers (primary contact: accounting firms) and ii. Account Executives (primary contact: the clients — micro, small and medium-sized businesses — of partner accounting firms). • You will manage a portfolio of Pennylane client accounting firms. • You will take over to help them with the next milestone: client onboarding. • You will conduct meetings, remotely or in person, during which you will engage with accounting firms to understand their challenges, their DNA (identity and ways of working) and jointly define client strategies. • In collaboration with Pennylane internal teams (Data, Sales Ops, Account Executives, Project Managers, etc.), you will manage your client portfolio and focus on the firms where you will be supported in identifying high-potential clients and monitoring their progress.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or commercial roles (ideally in B2B SaaS, working on long, complex deals with multiple stakeholders). • You enjoy client relationships and spending time with your clients — business lunches, attending trade shows, and on-site visits. • You are creative and persistent in achieving your objectives within your area of responsibility. • You can work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. • You are eager to learn and progress in your sales career and proactively propose solutions to problems you encounter. • Strong ability to collaborate daily with other teams; you are cooperative and accommodating. • You have knowledge of the accounting-tech / fin-tech ecosystem. • You have a level of English that allows you to handle professional internal exchanges and deliver presentations.
