• Is versatile in voice and has experience writing across multiple mediums to create work that is distinctive and memorable • Write, edit, and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards • Adapt writing style and approach based on the client's voice and target audiences • Collaborate with designers to build compelling brand narratives for multichannel use • Collaborate with the team and contribute to the strategic decision-making process when developing recommendations for client or internal projects • Draft strategy materials that ensure high quality across products, including strategy briefs and creative briefs • Follow clients' businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base and keep the team apprised of new and ongoing developments • Inform communication and advocacy strategies with policy expertise •Provide feedback to managerial insight/analysis
• Bachelor’s degree • 1-3 years of experience copywriting for a variety of audiences at a communications agency, creative agency, marking/advertising agency, or in a related field • Interest in public discourse, broader business and economics trends, and policy. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing assignments • Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting • Solid presentation skills and strong attention to detail • Interest in or openness to learning basic design skills, using programs such as Figma
