Description
• Support Marketing Manager in strategic marketing planning • Track development of promotional marketing literature and campaigns • Monitor market and competition to improve marketing strategy • Organize internal and external events • Carry out event budgets and logistics • Provide business analytical support • Work with cross-functional teams to create reports and enable better business decisions • Assist in implementing Product Messaging and Positioning in the Field
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field with 2+ years of experience • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Fluency in written and spoken English; Spanish preferred • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Suites knowledge • Ability to proactively solve problems • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • Experience in the medical device industry a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed
