• Responsible for handling technical, product, and finance related queries • Communicate with customers and partners through international inbound or outbound calls, chat, email, and social media • Demonstrate agility, empathy, and ownership • Ensure outstanding customer experience • Monitor, delegate and answer all queues from inbound requests • Train and co-ordinate new partners' and customers' onboarding • Work effectively in a team environment • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks relevant to the role
