• Identify and develop new customers and sales markets in the technology area of Electrical Explosion Protection Equipment (EPE) • Continuously develop and validate market-oriented value propositions based on customer conversations, specifications, and market and competitor analyses • Plan and execute campaigns and product launches in close coordination with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams • Monitor relevant technology trends and derive strategic input for portfolio and product decisions • Build, maintain, and activate a technology-related partner and innovation network (ecosystem) • Train, coach, and support the sales organization, e.g., through product presentations at technical events, for key accounts, or at trade shows
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline • Several years of professional experience in technical sales, product management, or business development • Solid knowledge of industrial communication, ideally with a focus on Electrical Explosion Protection Equipment (EPE) • Strategic thinking, enthusiasm for innovation, and a high level of self-motivation • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team • Business-fluent German and good command of English, as well as willingness to travel
