📋 Description

• Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort hinsichtlich der Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Qualifizierung der Analysegeräte • Beratung der Kunden zu Software-Updates, Geräte-Upgrades, Qualifizierungen sowie Prozessoptimierungen • Dokumentation der Kundendiensteinsätze und Störungsbilder in den entsprechenden Systemen • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung des Service Teams • Betreuung von Kunden in Süddeutschland (Regensburg-Nürnberg-Passau) im Außendienst • Unterstützung von Kunden bei UV-, IR- und thermischen Analysegeräten

🎯 Requirements

• Technikerausbildung in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Physik/Chemie oder höher • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst softwarebasierter, analytischer Systeme • Selbständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise • Organisationstalent, Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes • Wohnsitz verkehrsgünstig im zu betreuenden Gebiet • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis und Reisebereitschaft
