Description

• Get in on the ground floor of a developing practice and reap the rewards that come with building something great. You’ll make your mark, helping to set the tone for the future. You won’t be going it alone, though. You’ll work with our small but mighty SALT group, led by our wickedly smart SALT Director • Operate as one firm, work together for our clients’ best interests, not in separate silos or playing politics • Responsible for advising clients of the state and local tax implications relating to their business objectives, recommending alternate course of action, identifying different methods of complying with state and local tax regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of recent related experience, preferably in a large local/regional or Big 4 public accounting firm • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving • Self-starter with experience in managing multiple concurrent engagements/projects • Adaptable to changing technology; strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software • Collaborative approach to getting work done, shares knowledge, and asks questions • CPA, Certified Member of the Institute (CMI), or bar license
