📋 Description

• Work closely with the founder to organize projects and schedules • Manage recruiting operations • Handle administrative routines • Manage hiring processes, including deadlines, status updates, and next steps • Follow up with the recruiter on outstanding deliverables and flag delays • Maintain communication with clients and candidates • Post and promote job openings • Source candidates on LinkedIn for both straightforward and complex roles • Conduct initial resume screening • Schedule interviews and update candidate statuses in the ATS • Conduct interviews for straightforward roles and prepare candidate assessments • Prepare supporting documentation for assessments in Notion and Google Drive • Issue invoices to clients, track payments, and organize contracts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting and selection (internship experience counts) • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Organized and disciplined, with the ability to keep routines and deadlines on track without reminders • Comfortable following up on deadlines and flagging delays • Familiarity with AI tools, or willingness to learn how to operate automations • Strong organizational skills and the ability to align effectively in an asynchronous work environment • Reliable and accountable with deadlines and commitments • Interested in learning about recruiting, selection, and project management
