• Actively drive the HealthSystems portfolio in the area of Acute Care Informatics • Strategically expand customer relationships • Successfully close new business opportunities • Build and strengthen customer relationships in coordination with other roles/functions (regular customer interaction) in line with the jointly developed sales strategy • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in coordination with the Key Account Manager • Ensure accurate representation of the sales funnel in the Customer Relationship Management tool (SFDC) • Prepare customer-focused proposals (configuration and pricing) involving the Customer Service Specialist and, if necessary, other specialists • Present proposals and conduct negotiations (together with the Key Account Manager or independently) • Renew and expand existing customer relationships with the aim of securing long-term (framework) agreements • Organize product demonstrations and reference visits • Regularly monitor competitors and industry changes and provide effective feedback to the Business Unit • Order intake & sales revenue for solutions • Data quality in SFDC & forecast accuracy • Customer satisfaction (NPS) – response rate & score • Share of Wallet (SoW) • Price realization for equipment/products and customer service
• Proven sales skills in identifying, managing and closing deals • Experience in medical IT / Healthcare IT • 3–5 years of experience in solution-oriented sales of healthcare IT • Good IT skills, deep knowledge of hospital/clinical workflows and a moderate understanding of the healthcare system in general • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Customer-focused, empathetic approach with a high degree of self-organization and problem-solving skills • Confident presence when providing needs-based customer advice • Personal accountability for achieving (team) results • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening and strong persuasion skills (genuine enthusiasm for the product) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong IT affinity • Willingness to travel (Austria & Switzerland); ideally based in the Greater Vienna area
