📋 Description

• Sell English courses using a consultative sales approach • Prospect for customers and convert enrollments • Use the sales methodology, scripts, CRM, and supporting tools • Work with leads assigned through the CRM • Meet minimum activity targets • Participate in training, onboarding, and performance follow-up • Deliver results within progressive compensation tiers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Experience or aptitude in sales and prospecting • Discipline to maintain a daily sales routine • Availability to work under a 100% commission-based compensation model • Submit a 2–3-minute introduction video • Participate in initial online training • Meet minimum activity targets during the practical phase
