📋 Description

• Prospect for customers • Conduct consultative sales of English courses • Work with a structured methodology, support, CRM, and close leadership • Participate in initial online training using recorded videos • Use scripts, objection-handling responses, pricing tables, and support materials • Meet minimum activity targets during the practical phase • Monitor performance and receive feedback • Work in a sales operation with a progressive, performance-based earnings model

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fully comfortable with a 100% commission-based, target-driven model • Smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection • Higher education • Availability to prospect and work a daily sales routine • Participation in initial online training, a practical phase with minimum activity targets, and submission of a short introductory video (2–3 minutes)
