📋 Description

• Contact customers after the sale to confirm the purchase • Verify information such as the product/plan, pricing, payment terms, benefits, and other commercial conditions • Identify discrepancies between what was presented by the sales representative and the contract/system records • Record audit results and identified issues • Forward inconsistencies for resolution and follow up on corrections when necessary • Support efforts to prevent complaints, cancellations, and customer dissatisfaction • Prepare tracking documents and reports on completed audits • Contribute to improving sales processes and the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field is preferred • Experience in customer service, after-sales support, customer service centers, or administrative roles • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and ease of use with business systems • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset • Strong listening skills and ability to identify discrepancies • Impartial and responsible approach
