• Work with sales teams to understand market needs and translate them into actionable programs, building our global programs and activities. • Creating and executing multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few initiatives to help achieve sales revenue goals • Researching specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle • Leading the execution of local marketing activity including digital campaigns and events with other marketing peers and agencies for targeted accounts • Developing positive relationships with account teams and customers • Forecasting, measuring and analysing the impact of programs on sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success
• Proven experience as a Field Marketing professional in a B2B SaaS company. • Understanding of the trends and issues facing marketers in the digital age • Knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages • Experience in creating targeted programs and tailored account-based marketing campaigns • Viewed as a critical partner to sales • Presents convincingly to executives, partners, and customers • Ability to influence peers through collaborative working • Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision • Fluent English. French or additional European languages is an advantage • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
