📋 Description

• Pipeline Management: Work on qualified leads (SDRs), managing the sales cycle from discovery to closing. • Consultative Selling: Translate complex needs into clear, compelling, high-value research proposals. • Internal Partnership: Collaborate with the Solutions Architecture team on the technical design of proposals and with Marketing to refine go-to-market tactics. • Social Selling: Actively prospect and expand relationships via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry networking. • Data Intelligence: Keep the CRM (Pipefy) consistently up to date, analyze funnel trends, and report weekly and monthly results.

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the Market Research or Data/Insights sector. • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Executive (AE) in B2B sales. • Proven track record in consultative selling and negotiating complex contracts. • Proficiency with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) and CRM systems. • Location: Reside in São Paulo, SP or the metropolitan area, with full availability for in-person meetings and team gatherings. • Analytical profile with the ability to simplify complex requirements. • Availability for occasional travel (events and client visits).
