• The Engineering Manager for the Search Experience team is responsible for Pinterest's core feature: Search • Lead a team of engineers to execute product roadmap and influence technical strategy • Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to shape a product roadmap • Collaborate with various teams to create a holistic user experience

Requirements

• 6+ years of product engineering experience as an individual contributor • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager • Strong people development skills • Strong product sense for consumer products • Proven track record of successfully launching complex consumer-focused products • Strong project management skills • Experience working across multiple teams • Direct experience with technologies: Web, Android, iOS, Python, Java
