Description

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for our subscription app and future offerings, and have the storytelling experience to communicate it clearly and inspirationally to the team. • Continuously look for opportunities to innovate and improve the product • Lead our product efforts and collaborate with our brilliant cross-functional team including engineering, design, research, content and editorial • Drive product development from ideation to launch to iteration • Conduct market and user research to uncover insights about our customers' needs and desires • Set product KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimise the user experience • Work with leadership to ensure our product strategy aligns with overall company goals • Work with marketing to generate customer hype and launch successful products at scale

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in a product leadership role • Experience building and scaling consumer subscription products, bonus points for EdTech or content • You’re a strong proponent of hypothesis-driven product development, but you aren’t afraid to trust your gut when the data is conflicting. • Excellent project management skills to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives across the whole product lifecycle (ideation, testing, launching, releasing and sunsetting). • Strong analytical skills and experience setting and tracking product KPIs • Customer empathy and passion for user research and testing • Great communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders • Belief in the Pip Decks mission and a love for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments • Experience working in a remote/distributed and asynchronous team (preferred)
