📋 Description

• Develop and maintain system features using PHP/Laravel on the back end and TypeScript on the front end. • Design and evolve integrations and automations using Python. • Practice spec-driven development: transform requirements into clear, structured specifications before producing code, ensuring the LLM generates exactly what the product team needs. • Participate in architecture decisions, data modeling, and API design. • Perform deployments and manage the build/release cycle of applications. • Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews — including review of AI-generated code. • Maintain the product, propose solutions, and communicate technical impact to the product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, Migrations, Queues, Middleware). • TypeScript applied to front-end development (validation/typing, API integration). • Node.js (runtime, package management, build scripts). • Working knowledge of Python for automations, scripts, or APIs (bonus: FastAPI). • Experience with deployment processes (CI/CD, environments, release versioning). • Hands-on "vibe coding": fluent use of Claude (or equivalent tools like Cursor, Copilot) integrated into the development workflow, with the maturity to validate, review, and challenge AI-generated output. • Spec-driven development: familiarity with the process of writing structured specs/requirements as the basis for AI code generation, rather than loose prompts. • General knowledge of the modern LLM development ecosystem: prompt engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), agents. • Proficiency with Git (Gitflow) for organizing releases. • Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) — modeling, queries, optimization. • Experience consuming and building REST APIs. • Software engineer mindset: focus on readability, testing, and scalability — not just "making it work".
