📋 Description

• Own the strategy, priorities, and outcomes for your product area • Manage key metrics such as usage, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue • Identify relevant customer problems through regular customer interaction, research, and analysis of usage data • Develop a deep understanding of real-world customer challenges and identify growth opportunities • Translate validated problems into effective solutions together with Design and Engineering • Prioritize work against clear objectives and continuously measure the success of initiatives • Challenge or stop activities that do not create value • Create alignment across teams and communicate priorities and decisions clearly and transparently • Support rollouts and successful adoption of new features • Take independent end-to-end ownership of product features, from problem identification through market impact • Report directly to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in B2B product management • At least 3 of those years in a SaaS or MarTech environment at a startup or scale-up • Proven success driving adoption, engagement, retention, or expansion of digital products • Strong analytical skills and experience with product KPIs, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making • Deep customer focus and the ability to translate user needs into product strategies and priorities • High level of ownership, decisiveness, and results orientation • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills and confidence in stakeholder management • Ability to bring different perspectives together and drive change • Experience using AI tools, for example for prototyping • Very good German language skills (C2) • English language skills at least at B2 level • Experience in UX, Service Design, or User Research (nice to have)
