📋 Description

• Responsible for the product success of products in the area of radio receivers, direction finders, and antennas across the entire product lifecycle • Develop and prioritize product requirements in close collaboration with customers, development teams, and stakeholders based on market, competitive, and operational requirements • Monitor and optimize product performance (cost, quality, time-to-market) • Initiate and oversee the development process in close cooperation with sales and engineering • Independently prepare and execute product launches in close cooperation with sales and marketing, including planning and delivering product training • Support certifications, technical approvals, and product-specific compliance requirements • Provide sales support through consulting, analysis, and the transfer of technical information • Plan product maintenance activities from bug fixes and upgrades to redesigns • Product positioning, benchmarking, and competitive analysis • Contribute to proposals and tender processes • Define product bundles and demo systems and conduct demonstrations and presentations at customer sites • Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical degree, preferably in communications engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or related fields • Several years of professional experience in technical product management • Independent, results-oriented working style • Initial experience in defense technology is advantageous but not mandatory • Knowledge/experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT)/radio reconnaissance is desirable • Business-oriented thinking, strong communication skills, and assertiveness • Fluent German and good command of English are mandatory • Willingness to travel
