📋 Description

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders and explaining available options • Communicate with renters by phone, text, and email • Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters • Contact utility providers when necessary • Ensure renter utility orders are completed and verified • Assist with additional client or team support activities as time allows • Proactively update team members on work progress

🎯 Requirements

• Available for a 4-month contract • Available to work full-time hours with some weekend availability • Fluent in English • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Persistence and follow-up skills • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely • Willing to undergo a standard background check • Comfortable using and learning new technology • Able to use multiple applications and windows simultaneously • Highly organized and able to track multiple tasks in a high-volume environment • Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic • Able to adapt quickly to process and utility-option changes • Goal-oriented and competitive • Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection • Experience working with customers in sales and/or customer service
