📋 Description
• Run the People Ops function for a 50-person company • Full-cycle recruiting for IC and operational roles • HRIS and payroll administration in Gusto • Multi-state compliance across CA, FL, IL, and NC • Annual benefits renewal and ongoing employee questions • People Ops cadence including onboarding for US and LATAM hires
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of People Ops or HR experience • Operational rigor across HRIS, compliance, and contractor management • Strong experience with Gusto • High EQ and direct communication • Self-direction and prioritization • Startup or scale-up experience • Hands-on experience implementing People and talent programs • High-performance calibration • Fluency with Claude or AI tools • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus • Experience with Gusto HRIS and Team Tailor ATS is a plus • Ability to work in our Miami HQ office is a plus
