• Provide proactive, strategic partnership in talent management and staff experience • Support leaders in understanding cultural conditions impacting talent • Consult on People strategy and structural alignment to operational strategy • Serve as primary contact for People team business units • Provide consultation and coaching on performance improvement processes
• Minimum of 10 years of related senior level Human Resources experience • Track record of building senior-level relationships • Expertise in various HR programs and functions including employee relations, compensation, and performance management • High level of personal responsibility in ambiguity, complexity, and change • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
