📋 Description

• Build and optimize landing pages, product pages, and offer pages • Further develop and maintain existing websites and digital products • Use AI to build smaller web tools, prototypes, and automations • Work with web technologies such as Astro, React, Vue, Svelte, Python, Git, and Docker • Conduct technical research into APIs, plugins, automations, and SaaS tools • Evaluate and improve layouts, UI elements, and conversion journeys • Create and maintain sales-focused content for websites and campaigns • Test, document, and properly hand over deliverables • Coordinate with clients, gather feedback, and clarify next steps • Prepare reports, status updates, and straightforward recommendations • Define, prioritize, and follow up on further to-dos • Support client projects as well as plehn media’s own tools, plugins, landing pages, and product ideas • Collaborate at the intersection of development, design, marketing, and sales

🎯 Requirements

• A strong eye for modern, clear, and sales-focused design • An understanding that websites should generate leads, purchases, or inquiries • Technical understanding of web development, CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, and digital tools • Knowledge of Git or willingness to learn and use Git properly • Basic knowledge of or practical experience with Docker • Experience with React and/or Astro, or willingness to learn quickly • Ability to use Python for scripts, automations, API integrations, or small tools • Productive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Cursor, or similar tools • Willingness to learn e-commerce processes or relevant experience • Independent, reliable, and pragmatic working style • Excellent written and spoken German • Basic understanding of SEO, SEA (particularly Google Ads), GEO, tracking, and conversion optimization (preferred) • A feel for compelling headlines, value propositions, and clear website structure (preferred) • Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe tools (Photoshop), or comparable design tools (preferred) • Experience with Shopware 6, WordPress, TYPO3, Vue, or Tailwind (preferred) • Experience with APIs, automations, or small internal tools (preferred)
