• Own the strategy and execution of culture and people strategy for various business units • Engage with leadership and stakeholders to collectively strategize, assess existing processes, and develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures • Develop and execute culture and talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives • Apply organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and change management as integral components of transformative initiatives to accelerate business performance • Strategize hybrid meetups to facilitate in-person engagement and collaboration at all organizational levels; Foster employee connections and gather insights, focusing on US and India locations • Implement comprehensive competency mapping and standardized levels across the organization; Develop a career matrix that enables employees to upskill, grow upwards, and assume greater responsibility toward business growth • Oversee end-to-end performance management, including succession planning, top talent management, and retention strategies; Collaborate, coach, and execute a high-performance culture with zero tolerance for non-performance • Strengthen the HR communication strategy to articulate and present strategic initiatives, decisions, and changes for alignment with senior leadership, leaders, and employees consistently and effectively, using synchronous and asynchronous modes • Collaborate with leadership and functional leaders to develop and administer budgets for business units, optimizing resource allocation for talent development and engagement • Strategize the techno-functional onboarding processes and 30-60-90 framework to enhance employee integration • Design and implement culture sensitization programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Full-Time MBA in HR from a Tier 1 college • Minimum of 12 years of work experience in HR, specifically within growing startups • Demonstrated expertise in leadership and team management, overseeing various initiatives and work streams concurrently • Proficient in handling multiple stakeholders and a history of spearheading organizational transformation and change projects • Direct exposure to remote-focused employee benefits, performance management, learning and development, and employee experience programs is required • Vital experience collaborating with global teams, showcasing an awareness of cultural subtleties while operating across diverse geographies • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are key strengths
