Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor programs that improve affordability and reduce barriers to utilization of gender affirming services • Raise community awareness of clinical and non-clinical services • Address TGNC barriers through community partnerships • Asset and content creation • Monitoring and evaluation of programs • Serve as partners to team in navigating challenges • Promote supportive, inclusive, and high-performance environment • Empower and support members' access to gender affirming care and services • Cultivate and maintain relationships among community and business partners • Develop state-based community outreach and partnership strategies • Build and execute a communications strategy to stakeholders and partners • Take ownership of program reporting and performance • Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to members • Design and manage a quarterly partners communication strategy • Monitor and control program and project costs to ensure delivery within budget • Comply with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Gender Studies, Human Services, Business, Marketing, or related fields • 3-5 years of program and partnership management in healthcare, community-based, or social care setting • 2+ years of professional experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements • Cross-functional work, data analysis, reporting, and process building • Creative problem-solving skills • Strong leader in strategic thinking and time management • Basic knowledge of computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Video Conferencing, with G-Suite preferred • Nice-to-have: Experience working with transgender and gender non-conforming communities, telehealth environment, startup environment, productivity software experience with Asana, Slack, Google Sheets
