Description

• Manage and oversee development of products to meet the needs of patients, members, providers, and strategic goals • Communicate ideas, roadmaps, priorities, and project statuses effectively • Create the best user experience for website application and end-users • Product strategy development, user research, lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, user experience, performance measurement, and stakeholder management

Requirements

• Minimum - 5+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager; healthcare experience a must • Preferred - Masters degree in human-computer interaction, computer science, Healthcare, or related technical field or commensurate work experience within healthcare claims and billing space • Applies lean management principles, agile methodologies, and exhibits framework thinking with deeper analysis • Able to effectively communicate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience • Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles • Experience with user testing and usability analysis • Able to analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources • Demonstrated success leading or coordinating development and delivery of products or projects for cross-functional teams • Demonstrated success establishing trust and confidence and collaborating with staff, coworkers, stakeholders, and leadership within a complex organization • Great time-management skills; including effective prioritization skills • Able to manage multiple concurrent activities or dynamic projects and able to adjust when needed • Comfortable with productivity tools like G Suite, Looker, and JIRA
