Description

• Conduct rapid and methodical UX research • Communicate polished UI ideas to stakeholders • Leverage user research, visual designs, information architecture, usability testing, and prototype validation • Create desirable, functional, and feasible solutions • Collaborate well with design peers • Approach challenges as opportunities • Deep familiarity with the TGNC spectrum of experiences • Design web applications for the best user experience • Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, computer science, or related field • 6+ years of industry experience as a visual designer • Working knowledge of UX/UI design principles • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator • Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, or Zeplin • Experience with UX design tools like Figma or InVision • Ability to conduct user testing and usability analysis • Strong communication skills for collaboration • Effective prioritization and time-management skills • Experience with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards • Understanding of language translation and localization impacts to UI design • Healthcare experience, particularly within LGBTQ+ spectrum, is a plus
