• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships. • Manage your Mid-West territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities. • Establish clear communication with clients’ key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, brokers, and third-party payers. • Use PMR’s provided CRM and other software system(s) to track, manage, and nurture leads and customer interactions. • Ensure accurate reporting of sales activity, pipeline status, and lead conversion. • Be accountable to PMR’s sales leadership in accurately reporting all sales activity, pipeline status, and lead conversion. • Collaborate with internal PMR operations and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
• You must have 3-5+ years of proven experience and success with B2B sales: generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. • You must have 3-5+ years of successful sales experience in health insurance, employer-based clinics, and/or the broader healthcare industry. • You must have expertise in presenting and communicating to diverse groups of people from various industries. • You are required to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • You must be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. • Experience working with distribution channels such as broker consultants, carriers, captives, and third-party payers AND/OR familiarity with self-funded employers and their medical or workers' compensation programs is additionally preferred but not required.
