Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and bottlenecks in the development process. • Design and implement solutions to improve developer productivity, such as automating repetitive tasks, optimizing build pipelines, and enhancing development environments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for developer tooling and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. • Champion best practices and standards to increase operational excellence and reduce technical debt. • Work closely with the Platform team to align developer productivity initiatives with overall infrastructure goals and objectives. • Initially be the sole member of the Developer Productivity team, with the potential for team expansion in the future. • Have the opportunity to restart projects and adapt to changing priorities, contributing to the dynamic growth of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. • 4+ years of experience in software development and operations. • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with infrastructure as code. • Proficiency in container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. • Familiarity with database systems administration and optimization. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with teams. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
