📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, targeting U.S. federal agencies, focusing on increasing product adoption and customer retention. • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within federal agencies. • Identify customer needs and align them with our products to provide tailored protection solutions. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to federal agency personnel and procurement teams. • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, and Product Management) to communicate market feedback and ensure products meet client requirements. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and account management. • Stay up to date with industry trends, federal procurement guidelines, and competitor products. • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis to the VP Federal Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in personal protection, body armor, tactical equipment, or related fields. • Proven track record of successful sales within federal government agencies or a similar market segment. • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance standards. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with federal clients and attend industry events.
