• Own the full sales cycle: Qualify inbound leads, run product demos, build proposals, and negotiate contracts • Creating and grow demand generation by partner in collaboration with marketing by leveraging our formal partnership and creating value with our software to close prospects together. • Develop and execute account strategies for acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise clients within the construction vertical • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers evaluating integrations with UKG, Workday, and other leading HCM platforms • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects at various stages in the buying cycle, with a focus on timely follow-up and conversion and forecasting sales close-won timelines • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction • Provide customer sourced feedback to product development, influencing the roadmap • Drive accurate sales and partner demand forecasting and CRM hygiene in Hubspot and other internal systems • Stay current on industry and competitor trends in payroll, HCM, and compliance to bring relevant insights to your prospects
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts • 2+ years of experience selling payroll, HCM, and/or construction software into the construction vertical; certified payroll or prevailing wage experience highly preferred • Strong presentation and communication skills; you can clearly articulate value and tailor messaging to executive-level audiences • Proven experience and accuracy in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM usage • Nice to have: Proven success working with or selling solutions that integrate with UKG, ADP, Workday, Quickbooks or other major HCM/payroll platforms • Nice to have: Familiarity with Hubspot or similar sales engagement tools.
